I’m Laura Moa, a CPTD-certified Learning & Development professional with over 20 years of experience designing and delivering powerful learning experiences across diverse platforms and audiences in Central Florida and beyond.

As a bilingual master facilitator, I specialize in creating learning opportunities  that are accessible, engaging, and transformative—whether in the classroom, online, or on stage. My work spans across interactive e-learning modules, live workshops, and custom training programs designed to build both competence and confidence among youth and adult learners. 

But my passion doesn’t stop there.

I’m also a motivational speaker, mentor, and active volunteer—committed to uplifting communities, guiding others through their personal and professional journeys, and creating space for growth and belonging. Through public speaking and community initiatives, I bring inspiration, authenticity, and practical tools to every audience I meet.
